PRE PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
Our Pre Purchase Property Inspections are completed on site and take 1 to 2 hours.

Our Reports cover over 500 points and is always growing. The reports supplied are as per the Australian Standard AS4349.1 and we are fully insured.

The report layout indicates each room individually followed by each area of the room ie: ceilings, cornices, walls, windows, skirtings, floors, ceiling / roof space etc…

Externally the reports cover all wall cladding condition, fascia and guttering, roof cover material, conditions of footings, presence and extent of rising damp and the sub floor structure.

We also insert photos with all our reports.

When reading your report if there are any parts of it which are unclear or of concern to you we are more than happy to discuss these points verbally over the phone.

Approximate costings to have any of the defects listed are also available on request.

With ten years Building Experience we have an extensive tradesmen and suppliers list which we can recommend and are more than happy to share these with you.

Inspections during construction at frame stage and lock up will determine whether all the engineers’ requirements have been truly met and that no short cuts have been taken.

Using a 56 page guide, a final completion inspection before settlement or final payment will determine whether or not the finishes of workmanship are at a level within the industries standards and tolerances.

We advise strongly on having a final inspection completed on your new home.
